What happens after you submit an enquiry, how we use location and budget, and what we never promise — in plain English.

1. What “matching” means here

Skin Clinic Finder is built around a simple idea: you already know you want to explore skin or aesthetic treatments — you do not need a fifty-page encyclopedia of conditions to take the next step. Matching means we collect a structured snapshot of your preferences (location band, goals, budget comfort, timing) and use that to route your enquiry toward independent clinics that fit those basics.

We operate across areas we focus on in the South East — including Kent, Surrey, and Sussex — so locality stays honest and useful, not generic “UK-wide” noise.

2. What we ask — and why it is short

Long forms create abandonment. Short forms create clearer intent. Our qualification flow asks for enough to respect your time and the clinic's time: where you want to focus matches, the kinds of concerns you are exploring, how soon you hope to move, and a sensible budget band where relevant.

We deliberately avoid turning the site into a glossary of skin conditions. If you need clinical nuance, that belongs in a consultation — not in a wall of text designed for search crawlers.

3. How we use location (without being creepy)

Location helps us keep introductions realistic: a clinic in the right travel radius is more useful than a “national directory” result. We work with broad place signals you provide (for example town or county-level context) — not a dossier of personal tracking.

On the public site, any “recent activity” style messages you may see are anonymised and rounded: they might reference a general area or county band, never a full address or postcode, and never a real name.

4. What we never promise

  • We do not guarantee treatment outcomes, prices, or availability.
  • We do not replace medical advice — prescribing and clinical decisions sit with the clinic.
  • We do not “rank” clinics for pay-to-play placement in the matching flow.

5. What happens after you submit
